Bristol Toyota sales team is friendly and eager to make a reasonable deal. What they promise, they deliver. My car was ordered from Toyota - as special features were desired - car arrived exactly right. Taschen was the sales agent; Jonathan was the finance specialist, both were excellent. On 9/30 25, I was frustrated being unable to fix issues with the iphone-Rav 4 electronic interface. Drove immediately to Bristol Toyota where service staff listened to my problem and contacted a sales person - Jake. He was friendly and pleased to help. Within 10 minutes all was well. I am new to this dealership, but feel increasingly confident in their customer service.
