We had Jacob as our sales person. He was great to deal with. No pressure sales and he worked with my wife and me to get what we wanted in a new SUV. Jess worked with us in finance and didn't try to sell us any extras that we did not need. All I can say is if I could give 10 stars I would.

This is my third RAV4 from Bristol Toyota over the last 10 years, and every experience has been great. What I appreciate most about this dealership is that there is never any pressure to buy, which makes the process more comfortable and stress free. My previous two vehicles were sold to me by Mike, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also had helped me out the day I picked up my new car with setting up the app. This time I was looking to upgrade to a hybrid, and had Blake help me.
