This was the easiest car buying/leasing transaction I have ever had. JD, the sales member I dealt with was easy to communicate with and put no pressure on my decision making. The finance end of it was so easy! In and out of the dealership within an hour. I will definitely be working with Bristol Toyota again.

Top notch. JD and Matt were friendly, helpful and informative. I was very impressed with how JD handled everything with grace. If he didn't have an immediate answer he found one. I brought a negotiator with me. I imagine that no salesperson like to see that coming. But JD was.very professional and still smiling. So I bought the car!

I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesperson Alex came right over and brought the truck around for me to test drive. He was very personable, also knowledgeable about the truck. He answered all of my questions and reviewed all the options regarding leasing versus buying.
