I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Regi Maxi at Bristol Toyota. From the very beginning, Regi was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale. I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want. I bought my 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium from Bristol Toyota back in March of 2025 and had an amazing experience then as I did now. I fell out of love for my 2025 vehicle and switched to the brand new 2026 Rav4 XSE Hybrid which is in the gorgeous meteor shower color with the black metallic roof and rims. Through the entire process I was working with JD at the dealership and his service has been phenomenal. He mentioned that he is newer employee to the dealership but you honestly can’t even tell with how knowledgeable and professional he is. It did take about 2 months or so for my Rav to be built and arrive in Swansea but JD was always communicating with me on the status the entire time. Couldn’t have asked to work along with someone better at this dealership as I’ve been servicing all of my vehicles at this dealership for over 8-9 years. I love my new Rav and would recommend it to anyone and the wait for one is well worth it. Ask for salesman JD for your car purchases!

Couldn’t have been easier. My wife and I had been considering a new Prius for a couple years. When we finally decided to pull the trigger Bristol Toyota was the only dealer with a new 2027 on the ground. I inquired online to check availability and Karissa replied that it was available. I set an appointment for the next day and when we arrived Abby in sales was waiting for us. There was no nonsense, she answered all our questions and put up with my “ defensive BS” until i felt assured we were getting a fair deal. We drove off in our new Prius 2 hours later, very satisfied. As a side note, I observed all the other costumers treated with respect and the same no pressure style. Felt like a family dealer to me. We would definitely buy from them again.
