I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Regi Maxi at Bristol Toyota. From the very beginning, Regi was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale. I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want. He kept me updated, searched incoming inventory, and ultimately found the exact configuration I was looking for. That experience really says everything about the kind of salesperson Regi is. He listened, he followed through, and he cared about making sure I was happy with the vehicle I would be driving for years to come. He was also incredibly transparent throughout the pricing and negotiation process. I never felt pressured to come into the dealership just to talk numbers, and he was willing to work with me over the phone and email. He treated me with respect every step of the way. I ultimately drove home in the exact Grand Highlander I had hoped for, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE working with Juan and Paul at Bristol Toyota. I knew what I wanted and they delivered! I put a deposit down knowing that it was still in production or in transit to the dealership. Once it arrived, I received a call from Juan letting me know it had arrived and was ready for me to take delivery. This review is Jacob R. alone. Flawless service. I bought my truck 7/8 months ago and had to move states. Called Toyota got the run around for 25 mins (while I was at the registry). Found Jacobs number in my phone. Had the paperwork I needed faxed to the RMV and emailed to me within 5 mins. This guy should just run the place honestly. THANKS AGAIN JACOB !

What an absolute night and day difference this was compared to Grieco Toyota in Providence, RI. I was practically in and out; no BS, no tricks, no pressure. I was out of there in 2 hours with a deal and only waiting on my insurance to sign off before taking possession. Literally, my insurance (USAA) was the lowest denominator. I'm happy with USAA overall, but why does it take hours to provide proof of insurance after I've added the vehicle to my policy? Anyway, picking up my new car tomorrow. Thanks Sean and Jonathan! Edit: For anyone that cares, I've been coming here for a few years for regular service. This was my first car purchase from them. I can't see myself going anywhere else now. Thanks again.

I went down on Saturday to put a down payment on a Corolla I had seen online but it was sold. The salesmen named Juan looked into thier inventory and found me another model just different color. He listened to everything I had to ask. Every question was answered and if he didn't know he went to ask. They walked me threw every step with no pressure at all to buy any thing extra. Not even pushing the car on me. It was always that's up to you sir. I am happy to say my Corolla is sitting in my driveway. Juan was amazing and still is as he is still helping me finish up the registration process.
