I purchased a new Prius Prime from Bristol Toyota in February of 2024. I spoke with folks about purchasing a new Prius Prime there when I was having my previous Prius serviced. Given Supply and Demand constraints, I was expecting that it would take a few months for me to take possession of a new car. That turned out to not be the case. Bristol showed me what Prius Primes were scheduled for delivery to them. I wanted different color and they found one that matched my wants and was scheduled to go to a different dealer. They arranged a swap with the other dealer and I picked up my new car within a week. It was a surprisingly simple process.

My experience with Bristol Toyota Sales was wonderful. I went in for a test drive on a Wednesday, put down a deposit for a car that was in the "build" phase and was due to arrive later on in the month. Within a few days, I got a call from my salesman that my car was ready and he had my keys! The sales staff are attentive, communicative, and helpful. I love my new RAV4 Hybrid!!

Quick and easy

I walked into the dealership with my guard up because everyone knows how aggressive car salesmen can be. However, we worked with Alex and he was BY FAR the best salesman I have ever worked with. There was no pressure… at all. He was kind, understanding and very thorough. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. He was attentive and went out of his way….and spent a very long time with us making sure we were able to get what we wanted within our price range. We didn’t play the deal or no deal game, going back and forth for hours over numbers. Everything was very straight forward and the process went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure. We live almost an hour away but I would travel more than an hour to work with Alex for all our future purchases!
