I went to Bristol Toyota for the first time to have work done on my car. I dealt with Christina and she was very attentive to my requests. I had dropped my car off, and she sent me a video of the mechanic (Logan) doing an inspection of my car and the items that needed attention. I felt this was very was transparent. I brought my car from Florida and they installed a front plate on my car complimentary, which i very much appreciated. Overall very impressed with the customer service.

My sales person at Toyota in Swansea was Sean Viera he is very knowledgeable.. No pressure from him just the facts and very down to earth. This was my first time here and I recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota . Smooth and easy from time I walked in down to the finance guy who was great. No complaints there.

UPDATE I was contacted by Bristol Toyota manager and he apologized and is sending me check for the $180. I bought a $58,000 car from Bristol Toyota and was never informed by Anthony (salesman) that I get free electric start subscription for a year even after I scheduled an appointment to have one put in for $500. After I found out about free subscription I requested a refund of $180 which is the amount a year subscription would have cost if I bought it after 1 year free. I contacted Anthony and I was told they will not refund me the subscription. I asked why I was never informed of the free year bc I would not have purchased the electric start until after my free year was up. Anthony was no help and dismissed my request. Im very disappointed in Anthony and Bristol Toyota after I bought the car and they are being stingy with $180.
