I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Regi Maxi at Bristol Toyota. From the very beginning, Regi was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale. I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want. He kept me updated, searched incoming inventory, and ultimately found the exact configuration I was looking for. That experience really says everything about the kind of salesperson Regi is. He listened, he followed through, and he cared about making sure I was happy with the vehicle I would be driving for years to come. He was also incredibly transparent throughout the pricing and negotiation process. I never felt pressured to come into the dealership just to talk numbers, and he was willing to work with me over the phone and email. Couldn’t have been easier. My wife and I had been considering a new Prius for a couple years. When we finally decided to pull the trigger Bristol Toyota was the only dealer with a new 2027 on the ground. I inquired online to check availability and Karissa replied that it was available. I set an appointment for the next day and when we arrived Abby in sales was waiting for us. There was no nonsense, she answered all our questions and put up with my “ defensive BS” until i felt assured we were getting a fair deal. We drove off in our new Prius 2 hours later, very satisfied. As a side note, I observed all the other costumers treated with respect and the same no pressure style. Felt like a family dealer to me. We would definitely buy from them again.
