Great dealership with a ton of inventory. The on the lot inventory was worth the drive at a time when most dealers can only show you a computer image and tell you an estimated time for the cars arrival. Bristol Toyota was the exception. Their sales manger Jason went above and beyond to close the deal and it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Anthony, one of the salesmen, was also knowledgeable and never felt pushy. I will definitely be back to Bristol in the future.

Easy decision for 5 STARS at this Dealership— excellent in every step of the way. Sean our sales associate was smart, well informed (hard to find this quality lately), easy going and just a pleasure to work with. Negotiations were fair and competitive. This was my first purchase at Bristol Toyota after decades at another Toyota Dealership that was always very good to us but I gave them a chance as I live closer to them now. So glad I came here and now have a new favorite Toyota Home for purchases and service. As everyone knows—Toyota is one of the best and in my opinion—THE best. Best car buying experience. Hector was super helpful, not pushy, and friendly. Jason was also very nice and not pushy at all. They made sure I really wanted the truck before I bought it. Jess in finance made the process very easy, and kept it light-hearted and fun.

I had an appointment for my Toyota sienna mini van today for maintenance. My parents went for me, and I’m literally telling you can’t stop talking about their amazing service! The gentleman who helped them out was very kind, sweet, and top tier with his service! They were so happy, the service alone for maintenance was amazing, the gentleman gave us trustful advice & answers. Unfortunately my parents did not catch his name but Bristol Toyota, you have any amazing worker there. Thank you so much for the spectacular hospitality you guys gave towards my parents. I use their service department for my 2023 Tundra. Every time I go in there they are extremely pleasant and very thourough. They take great care of my truck and even provide an inspection video to show what they've checked! I was even pleasantly surprised, I just had an oil change about 9 months ago at a different dealership who told me I needed brakes on my truck. Bristol did the check again and told me my brakes were all still in the green, with a video to show the tech inspecting them. Thank you
