Easy decision for 5 STARS at this Dealership— excellent in every step of the way. Sean our sales associate was smart, well informed (hard to find this quality lately), easy going and just a pleasure to work with. Negotiations were fair and competitive. This was my first purchase at Bristol Toyota after decades at another Toyota Dealership that was always very good to us but I gave them a chance as I live closer to them now. So glad I came here and now have a new favorite Toyota Home for purchases and service. As everyone knows—Toyota is one of the best and in my opinion—THE best. Jonathan in Finance made the process simple-quick-and not exhausting as usual in finalizing the sale. Best finance person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Bristol Toyota is a wonderful place to buy a car. The experience, is top notch with outstanding knowledge of the cars and the inventory. The dealership itself is very welcoming with some great people that work there. I really enjoy this place and feel comfortable there.

Bristol Toyota sales team is friendly and eager to make a reasonable deal. What they promise, they deliver. My car was ordered from Toyota - as special features were desired - car arrived exactly right. Taschen was the sales agent; Jonathan was the finance specialist, both were excellent. On 9/30 25, I was frustrated being unable to fix issues with the iphone-Rav 4 electronic interface. Drove immediately to Bristol Toyota where service staff listened to my problem and contacted a sales person - Jake. He was friendly and pleased to help. Within 10 minutes all was well. I am new to this dealership, but feel increasingly confident in their customer service.
