It seems ironic now more than 50 years ago my father's number one priority in his business was customer satisfaction. I feel very fortunate to have experienced the difference working with him and so when it became my turn to coach the team, everything came naturally. As much as I'd like to take the credit for leading such an award winning Toyota dealership since 1988, the job is that much easier when you are selling and servicing one of the best automobiles in the world with Toyota's legendary technology, quality, and fit and finish being second to none. I have surrounded myself with a great staff and an eager team of employees that all share the same philosophy.
Our family of great employees has helped Bristol Toyota grow and expand for the last 30+ years by providing world class customer service. The next exciting chapter is the move we've made to our brand new, state of the art Toyota dealership campus in Swansea, MA, just off Exit 5-I 195 at 2283 G.A.R. Highway. Although we have grown to accommodate the changing demands of the modern automobile business, Bristol Toyota will never forget what has made us so successful in the past. I'd like to think that the new Bristol Toyota is not only bigger, but BETTER. The rest is history, with Bristol Toyota earning the Toyota President's Award, Toyota's highest award for customer satisfaction and dealership performance, for 34 consecutive years from 1988 through 2022.
