Fantastic experience buying my GR Corolla

I had an appointment for my Toyota sienna mini van today for maintenance. My parents went for me, and I’m literally telling you can’t stop talking about their amazing service! The gentleman who helped them out was very kind, sweet, and top tier with his service! They were so happy, the service alone for maintenance was amazing, the gentleman gave us trustful advice & answers. Unfortunately my parents did not catch his name but Bristol Toyota, you have any amazing worker there. Thank you so much for the spectacular hospitality you guys gave towards my parents. Will highly recommend!!

Best car buying experience. Hector was super helpful, not pushy, and friendly. Jason was also very nice and not pushy at all. They made sure I really wanted the truck before I bought it. Jess in finance made the process very easy, and kept it light-hearted and fun.

I use their service department for my 2023 Tundra. Every time I go in there they are extremely pleasant and very thourough. They take great care of my truck and even provide an inspection video to show what they've checked! I was even pleasantly surprised, I just had an oil change about 9 months ago at a different dealership who told me I needed brakes on my truck. Bristol did the check again and told me my brakes were all still in the green, with a video to show the tech inspecting them. Thank you

Wonderful Experience!!!

Great dealership with a ton of inventory. The on the lot inventory was worth the drive at a time when most dealers can only show you a computer image and tell you an estimated time for the cars arrival. Bristol Toyota was the exception. Their sales manger Jason went above and beyond to close the deal and it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Anthony, one of the salesmen, was also knowledgeable and never felt pushy. I will definitely be back to Bristol in the future.

Had initial concerns with the help we were getting but management stepped up and clarified some concerns and issues and financing member was great. Transaction went great on the final days. It was a bit of a wait for the title but that’s no fault of Bristol.

I really enjoyed my experience at Bristol Toyota. I did not mean to go alone without my husband, but I felt comfortable while test driving and with the prices. I went in wanting a Corolla Cross but left getting a RAV4 which was a lot more spacious. The sales professional, Mike, was very nice and did not pressure me. I have had some really bad experiences in the past. The manager was also really professional and negotiated well.

Bristol Toyota was fantastic for closing the deal with our 2025 Corolla LE. Mr. Bob Medeiros deserves a raise, as does Mr. Jim Lane (the Financial Guy). This was my daughter’s first new car purchase and they were so very patient and helpful with all the paperwork. I am a Toyota guy, and have been all my life. I usually went to Copeland Toyota in Brockton, MA. But from now on BRISTOL TOYOTA will be my first stop for a new Toyota!!
