From initial contact to completing the purchase and sales agreement, all representatives were extremely professional, respectful and customer focused. It was certainly worth the 40 minute drive from Rhode Island to Swansea, MA. “No games”! Blake guided us through the sales process…Paul as Sales Manager represented the integrity of the dealership focused on the customer experience, and Jess who completed the financing of a Toyota Tacoma. Previous experiences at other dealerships have led to “unpleasant” sales tactics, no follow through and a certain “arrogance” from sales personnel. Bristol Toyota was a “breath of fresh air”! Highly recommended without reservation!

Great purchase experience with no wasted time or tedious upselling. Huge selection of trucks with many options for trim lines and packages. Paul Cosme was thorough in his explanations of the differences between the Tacoma models we considered, and never pressured us. Once we decided on a vehicle, the finance experience was a breeze. Jonathan Acosta was fast, explained everything thoroughly, and focused on giving us the best experience.

We had Jacob as our sales person. He was great to deal with. No pressure sales and he worked with my wife and me to get what we wanted in a new SUV. Jess worked with us in finance and didn't try to sell us any extras that we did not need. All I can say is if I could give 10 stars I would.

This is my third RAV4 from Bristol Toyota over the last 10 years, and every experience has been great. What I appreciate most about this dealership is that there is never any pressure to buy, which makes the process more comfortable and stress free. My previous two vehicles were sold to me by Mike, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also had helped me out the day I picked up my new car with setting up the app. This time I was looking to upgrade to a hybrid, and had Blake help me. He listened to what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction without any pressure. I highly recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

UPDATE I was contacted by Bristol Toyota manager and he apologized and is sending me check for the $180. I bought a $58,000 car from Bristol Toyota and was never informed by Anthony (salesman) that I get free electric start subscription for a year even after I scheduled an appointment to have one put in for $500. After I found out about free subscription I requested a refund of $180 which is the amount a year subscription would have cost if I bought it after 1 year free. I contacted Anthony and I was told they will not refund me the subscription. I asked why I was never informed of the free year bc I would not have purchased the electric start until after my free year was up. Anthony was no help and dismissed my request. Im very disappointed in Anthony and Bristol Toyota after I bought the car and they are being stingy with $180.
