This was my third new car buying experience with Bristol Toyota.The previous ones were in 1997 and 2000.I was very satisfied both times previously and just as much this time.
I utilized the Internet sales program and Barbara Azevedo gave me a great price on a Corolla LE(2013)very nicely equipped.
Dawn Wellington handled the sale at the dealership and made the experience very pleasant and was helpful in every aspect of the transaction.
There was no attempt to sell me packages or services I didn't need-they were explained and I made my decision with no pressure.
The price was so reasonable that I accepted it with no second thoughts.
I've had some work done at Bristol in the past-basically routine services.I was always satisfied.

I hate buying cars. I hate the whole sales spiel. I didn't have to put up with any of it at Bristol Toyota. They have a genuine internet sales program. I told them the vehicle I wanted, and they quoted me a price. When I went to the showroom, they honored the price. I wanted a manual transmission Corolla, and they had to order it, and it was no problem. The whole thing went smoothly from beginning to end. I definitely recommend this dealership. It's not the closest Toyota dealership to my home, but it was well worth the drive.

In comparison to the RI Toyota dealer I have been doing business with for 14 years, Bristol Toyota made my wife and me feel like family.

The entire staff at this dealer is outstanding. From the second we walked in the door, we were met with kindness and very professional service. We weren't thinking about buying a car right at that moment. We wanted to shop around a bit more. Before you know it, we are signing papers. Not because we were pushed, but because they never once pushed us into anything. We were in control of the entire sales process. Steve Axtell was the best car salesman I have ever had to deal with. I have been searching for a decent deal on a rav 4 for two years now and have gone to many dealerships. I have left every one of them stressed out and unhappy... Until now! At bristol toyota, The people were nice, they didn't lie, and they didn't call me a million times while I was thinking about it. I asked for a quote, they gave me one, and that's what I paid! No hassles! Everything was also extremely quick... I had my new suv the next night and they took care of EVERYTHING!
