It seems ironic now that 50 years ago my father's number one priority in his business was customer satisfaction. I feel very fortunate to have experienced the difference working with him and so when it became my turn to coach the team everything came naturally. The rest is history...earning Toyota's President's Award for 25 consecutive years from 1988 through 2012...Toyota's highest award for customer satisfaction and performance.
