As much as I would like to take all the credit for being an Award-winning Toyota Dealership for the past 23 years from 1988 through 2010! I must admit that selling one of the best automobiles in the world with fit and finish and Toyota technology second to none, makes the goals much easier to achieve.

It seems ironic now that 50 years ago my father's number one priority in his business was customer satisfaction. I feel very fortunate to have experienced the difference working with him and so when it became my turn to coach the team, everything came naturally...the rest is history...earning the President's Award 23 years running from 1988 through 2010...Toyota's highest award for customer satisfaction and performance, No one in New England can say that.
